The Membership Plan is your key to bidding. To be able to submit offers for vehicles from auction houses (Copart, IAAI), you must have an active plan. It determines your Purchasing Power (maximum bidding amount) and the number of vehicles you can bid on simultaneously.

The Verification Fee (formerly called a deposit) is a refundable fee that you pay to activate your Membership Plan. It serves to confirm your credibility and secure possible costs in case you win the auction and do not pay for the vehicle. This fee is 100% refundable in case of resignation from bidding or after the end of cooperation.

It's simple: 1. Register on uCars.pl. 2. Go to the "Account" or "Membership Plan" tab. 3. Choose a plan that suits your needs (e.g. Starter, Standard). 4. Pay the Verification Fee (quick online transfer, card or traditional transfer). After the payment is booked, your bidding limit will be unblocked immediately.

When you find an interesting vehicle in our search engine: 1. Go to the details of the ad. 2. Use the Calculator to estimate the final cost (with customs and VAT). 3. Click the "Submit offer" button. 4. Enter your maximum amount (Max Bid). The system will bid on your behalf only up to this amount.

Some vehicles have a "Buy Now" option. This means that the seller has defined a price for which he is ready to sell the vehicle immediately, without waiting for the live auction. If you accept this price through our system, the auction ends with the immediate winning of the vehicle.

Yes, but with some restrictions. The offer can usually be edited or withdrawn up to 1 hour before the start of the live auction. During the Live Auction, offers are binding.

Congratulations! After winning the auction, you will receive an e-mail with details from us. - Within 24h you will receive an invoice from the Auction House (from the USA) for the vehicle itself. - It must be paid by currency transfer (USD) directly to the auction house's account within 2 business days to avoid late fees. - You pay transport costs and our commission in the second stage, usually when the car arrives at the port.

Standardly, the Verification Fee remains on your account as a security for subsequent auctions. However, if you want to end cooperation after buying one car, we can count it towards our commission or return it to your account.

The process is fully organized by us: 1. Collection from the yard: After the payment for the car is booked, our driver picks up the vehicle from the auction yard. 2. Land transport: The car goes to the nearest port in the USA. 3. Sea freight: The vehicle sails by ship to Europe (usually Rotterdam or Bremerhaven). Time: 4-6 weeks. 4. Customs clearance: Our customs agency handles formalities (Customs Duty, VAT). 5. Home delivery: The car is transported by tow truck to your address in Poland.

The average time from bidding to delivery to the door is 6-9 weeks. It depends on the location of the car in the USA (East vs West Coast) and the current occupancy of ports.
